The Ash for this outstanding charcoal is sourced from local woodlands in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire.  Stag Charcoal's expertly sized medium mixed /  large lump Ash charcoal almost completely fills a 6kg sack given how light and volumous it is!  (For the keyboard warriors amongst you - we just made up volumous but we like it - and it perfectly describes how much high quality charcoal you get in a bag). If you like to cook with Ash, then this one from Stag is a legend amongst greats!
