This is truly wonderful charcoal, made by Robin Parker from Dragon Hill charcoal in West Dorset.

A mixed species hardwood charcoal, it is sustainable and a locally sourced lump, crafted and carefully curated from British hardwood trees. This charcoal is produced from carefully coppiced woodlands local to Robin so travel miles are kept to a minimum.

Ideal for all types of barbecue, it has been rigorously tested by the House of Charcoal team and we can confidently say it's one off the best we've cooked with.
